Returns are fine if you change your mind about the colour. However, be a doll and don’t use or wash the pillowcase!

 

We will gladly welcome back your change of mind for an exchange pillowcase providing we get it back with its packaging and both are in as new condition. We will let you take care of the postage and handling costs for the replacement to be sent to you as well as for the returned item.

We quality control every pillowcase at Ruby Simone Silk, so  there are no faulty pillowcases sent out to new homes, but, should something go wrong, we will determine the outcome case by case.
